Form 1 Information
Beginning January 1, 2024, all Supervisor Statement of Financial Interest Forms will be filed out online and submitted to the Florida Commission on Ethics instead of your local Supervisor of Elections' office. You should receive an email from the Florida Commission on Ethics when it comes time to submit your Form 1s. A link to the Florida Commission on Ethics website with links to the Forms and instructions on how to fill them out can also be found here: Forms - Ethics. Elections Information
The following is a list of the Heritage Harbor CDD Board of Supervisors with their assigned positions and terms. Please click on the link to the Supervisor of Elections website for further information.
All Supervisors are required to operate under Florida's Sunshine Laws and abide by Florida's Public Officers and Employees Code of Ethics.
